Sarah Rodovalho is an Integrated Design Manager at Aligned Data Centers, currently leading design coordination on a multi-building, ~264 MW hyperscale campus in the Washington DC – Baltimore corridor. She is also a doctoral candidate in Information Systems Engineering & Management at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, researching how data analytics and AI can improve infrastructure delivery.

Across 16+ years in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, Sarah has delivered capital programs spanning hyperscale data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare facilities, public transit, and large-scale retail in the United States and Brazil. Past program work includes 8 concurrent hyperscale builds at Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (~1.1M+ sq ft, $279M+ in change orders directed), 20+ industrial and R&D projects at Tesla (~2.25M sq ft across Fremont, Lathrop, and Nevada), and Aliansce Sonae's $232M Passeio das Águas Shopping — center-west Brazil's largest mall, delivered from ground-up through commissioning on time and on budget.

Sarah holds peer-reviewed publications in the International Journal of Architectural Computing and Sustainability (MDPI), with research focused on integrating BIM, energy analysis, and life-cycle assessment for carbon-neutral construction. She serves on the AIA Construction Contract Administration Knowledge Community Leadership Board (2026–2030) and is the founder of the AI & PM Study and Research Hub at the PMI Brazilian Chapters. She holds the PMP, LEED Green Associate, OSHA 30, and AIA Associate credentials, the Brazilian Architecture License (CAU A978191), and is pursuing NCARB licensure. She is based in Leesburg, Virginia.
